Refund policy

Fliteboard Lessons

Lessons canceled at least 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded. If you fail to give a 48-hour notice of cancellation, we will be unable to offer a refund for your lesson. If the weather is bad or unsafe prior to your lesson, we will notify you ahead of time and cancel. In this case, we can either reschedule and move your lesson time to a later date, or refund you. We will still continue lessons in the rain, however, if there are any signs of thunder and lightning, we will come in early. In this case, we would only charge you for the time spent out with us. 

Private Charters

Charters canceled at least 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded. If you fail to give a 48-hour notice of cancellation, we will be unable to offer a refund for your charter. If the weather is bad or unsafe prior to your charter, we will notify you ahead of time and cancel. In this case, we can either reschedule and move your charter time to a later date, or refund you. We will still continue charters in the rain, however, if there are any signs of thunder and lightning, we will come in early. 

Product Orders

Apparel must be in unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached. You must contact us at marketing@goodhueboat.com within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for return.
